TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a ride with MT5, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure fairness, safety, and professionalism for both our riders and drivers. MT5 offers private, flat-rate transportation services that operate by appointment or on-demand when available. All ride requests require full payment at the time of booking, and a 20% gratuity will be automatically included in the final fare to honor the service and commitment of our drivers. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled ride to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride time are non-refundable, as that time slot has been reserved specifically for you. No-shows may result in a loss of future service privileges. Riders are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect at all times. Any inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service, a ban from future bookings, or legal action if necessary. Drivers also reserve the right to end a ride at any time if they feel unsafe or disrespected. MT5 is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or contact information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of providing services and internal communication. We will never sell, share, or misuse your information. Although we make every effort to ensure timely, safe, and reliable transportation, MT5 cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or any circumstances beyond our control. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept all terms listed above and understand that MT5 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
